Hopefully your plants will survive the time it will take, which may be a while. If not, they are responsible for those plants also. I can already tell you what they will say to do while waiting. Alternate the light that is working from side to side. Switch it midday, so each side will get an even amount of light. That is what they told a friend of mine with a different kit. I bought a backup set of lights just in case this should ever happen. I have two aero gardens, one with tomato's and this new one with the strawberries. I think some flowers are just starting to come up on mine, but not enough leaf sets yet. Too early to tell though, maybe it is just more leaves, but it does look different.
